The restaurant used to have a location at Fry Road and the Northwest Freeway. The owner&#8217;s closed that location I am sure for financial reasons. Both my husband and daughter raved about the quality and quantity of food that they received. Both were disappointed when the Cypress location closed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>By happenstance we found ourselves in the Cy-Fair\/249 area. My husband, recognizing the proximity of his favorite sushi joint; decided to take me to get a taste of my own.<\/p>\n<p>I must say, I was really impressed. Not only were the waitstaff friendly and accommodating, but the food and the portions were amazing for a very reasonable price.<\/p>\n<p>The first thing I would like to mention is their lunch specials. Not only are the selections very diverse, but are available everyday of the week. (Check online for times). My appetizer was their Lobster Bisque. It was a great combination of creamy broth with a hint of sherry in addition of large pieces of tender lobster. Lobster Bisque is one of my favorite soups, and I was quite satisfied with Redfish Grills offering. My hubs and myself are quite boring when it comes to ordering sushi. The hubs always gets the Rainbow Roll, and myself the Shaggy Dog roll. Both rolls were <strong>very<\/strong> large and incredibly delicious. What I was intrigued by however, were the dishes the couple next to our table were savoring. The lady of the couple had hot rock shrimp. The presentation alone caught my attention. I can not tell you how this fine lady espoused how much she loved this dish. The gentleman had the Salmon Au Gratin. Myself I am not a fan in general of salmon. I could not help but stare at the beauty of his selection. The couple told my husband and myself that they were regulars to the restaurant and found the food was always exceptional.<\/p>\n<p>My husband and I look forward to making another trip, and this time ordering something that is out of our safety zone.
